School Christmas Program
Asher's school program was our latest Christmas event. We got to see the kids sing Christmas songs of course, and although Asher had missed a week of school and didn't know any of the words (besides Jingle Bells), he was still willing to smile and wave during the performance. I'm also happy to report that this year he was much more comfortable with the idea of sitting on Santa's lap, but wouldn't look at him when rattling off his Christmas list (all things he just made up by the way). The best part was the gift they had for the parents - we got a CD with an audio recording of Asher being interviewed by a teacher at school. That is THE cutest thing! I love that he says "Dolphin" and "trick or treating". What a funny kid!
So fun! Don't you feel special that you are the only one he "names" - Shayna, my dad and my little brother! So cute! and the beautiful reindeer with the shiny nose - what a fun thing for his teacher to give!
Okay, I don't think I've ever laughed so hard in my life!!! And it's no fair that he gets to go trick or treating again for Christmas....my girls will be so jealous!! =) He is too funny. That was seriously so great!!!!
Loved it! Rubee will be so thrilled! My favorite is when he uses the word "children!"
Dolphin is also my favorite reindeer and I enjoy trick-or-treating candy EVERY Chirstmas! I wish Alex's school did that...I'll just have to do it myself. Tell Asher I miss his texts! That was precious and how did you get it on your blog?

Shayna-- good to see you yesterday! That is the cutest stinkin' thing ever!! What a great Christmas present. I hope he and Rubee get married just so you can play that clip at the wedding! :)
